Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup margarine
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 ½ cups fine oatmeal
1 cup coconut
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
small amount of coconut flavoring
Directions
Oven: 350 - 370°F
Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls and flatten with fork dipped in water. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
