Pecan Fingers

Ingredients

2 cups brown sugar (reserve 1 cup)
1 cup soft butter
2 cups flour
2 eggs (reserve 1)
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a jelly-roll pan (15x10x1 inches).
