Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

1½ cups brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
Vanilla to taste
½ cup margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup sour milk
1½ cups rhubarb
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions


  1. Mix ingredients together

  2. Put in 9" x 13" pan.

  3. Top with ¾ cup brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  4. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350°F.
