Strawberries and Cream Cheese

Ingredients

Main
1 pkg (250 g/8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup fresh strawberries, cut in small pieces
½ large tub, frozen whipped topping, thawed
Topping
More fresh strawberries
Dollops of whipped topping

Directions

  1. In small mixer bowl combine cream cheese and icing sugar

  2. Add in strawberries and continue mixing until mixture rakes on pleasant pink colour

  3. fold in thawed whipped topping

  4. Spoon into six serving dishes

  5. Add strawberries to fill dish and top with a dollop of whipped topping
