Strawberries and Cream Cheese
Ingredients
Main
1 pkg (250 g/8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup fresh strawberries, cut in small pieces
½ large tub, frozen whipped topping, thawed
Topping
More fresh strawberries
Dollops of whipped topping
Directions
- In small mixer bowl combine cream cheese and icing sugar
- Add in strawberries and continue mixing until mixture rakes on pleasant pink colour
- fold in thawed whipped topping
- Spoon into six serving dishes
- Add strawberries to fill dish and top with a dollop of whipped topping
Notes:
- Use whatever berries are in season, such as blueberries or raspberries
