Creamy Chicken

Ingredients

4 half breasts chicken, boneless & skinless
1 can (10 oz) Cream of chicken soup (Condensed)
1 cup 250 ml sour cream
1/2 cup 125 ml milk
Stove Top stuffing (or own stuffing)

Directions

1. Parboil chicken for 10 minutes.
2. Reserve 1/2 cup "broth"
3. Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 9 casserole dish.
4. Mix together soup, sour cream and milk.
5. Pour mixture over chicken.
6. Combine stuffing with broth and spread on top.
7. Cook, covered, in 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
