Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

2 bunches fresh broccoli divided into bite-size chunks
½ cup chopped onion
1½ cup shredded cheese
8 - 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
¾ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
½ cup white sugar or Splenda
4 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine broccoli, onion, bacon and cheese in large bowl

  2. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and pour over salad

  3. Let stand (in refrigerator) at least 1 hour before serving


NOTES:
Delicious salad.
