Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Pasta and Veggies
8 oz. tri-coloured noodles
2 ripe tomatoes
1 large onion
1 green or red pepper
1 stalk celery
Dressing
½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
¾ tsp. paprika

Directions

  1. Cook pasta and drain

  2. Chop veggies into small pieces

  3. Mix veggies and pasta in bowl

  4. Mix ingredients for dressing together in saucepan and bring to a boil

  5. Pour over veggies and pasta

  6. Chill at least three hours - overnight in refrigerator is best
