Taco Salad

Ingredients

1 lb. (454 gms) ground beef
1 Head of lettuce
3 - 4 tomatoes
1/2 lb. (227 gms) cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 small bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 each onion, green pepper
1 bag corn chips

Directions

1. Brown meat and drain off fat
2. Add seasoning
3. Chop lettuce,tomatoes, onion and green pepper
4. Add vegetables to ground beef. Mix
5. Add dressing and corn chips just before serving.
(We haven't made this yet, but Sharon has tasted it and says it's very good.)
