Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) low-sodium soy sauce
¼ (60 mL) canola or soybean oil
4 tsp. (20 mL) ground ginger
4 tsp. (60 mL) dry mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1 packet artificial sweetner (about 2 tsp.)

Directions


  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk vigorously to combine

  2. Use to flavour beef, chicken, pork or other meats

  3. 10 2 Tbsp servings; counts as 1 fat (LA Weight Loss Plan)
